Popular in Vegas casino, the Hexbreaker 2 mobile slot has the reputation to break a losing streak, but will it keep the good times rolling?
This is a 720 ways to win MultiWay Xtra pays slot machine. Which may get some of you excited, especially if you are fans of the likes of the Siberian Storm slot, or the mobile only Sushi Yum Yum Extra Wasabi.
Unfortunately, Hexbreaker II doesn’t live up to it’s past associates – though it still has those delicious multipliers with the more symbols you find, thanks to those Xtra pays.
The first thing you’ll notice is the theme. It’s incredibly brazen of IGT to create a game around bad luck symbols; because if you lose, who you going to blame?
Black cats, broken mirrors, the number 13, crows… this is so full of hexes, you’ll think you’d have to be a witch to find good luck here.
Which is why during the free spins, the game reverses itself and makes everything as lucky as possible. White cats, 7, ladybird, four leaf clovers.
As Hexbreaker 2 is an IGT slot, you’d think that means the big wins would be found during the free spins. After all, they provide richer reels with more symbols. Lucky symbols.
And that’s a good thing. The free spins come so seldom, you’d think they would give you bigger rewards. But after spinning over 1,000 spins, and only getting the feature 3 times, we gave up on the good luck.
Sure, the free spins have ‘richer’ reels in that wins come more often, but the symbols are worth less! Meaning you have more luck in the base game, where you can catch higher 5 of a kind wins.
Hexbreaker 2 mobile slot plays a little like the dangerous Prowling Panther by IGT. Meaning that despite the fact this game pays both ways, we couldn’t get much more above the occasional 30 times our bet.
Except with Prowling Panther you occasionally also get the kind of life-changing wins that blows the roof off other mobile slot games.
Hexbreaker Two doesn’t. There’s potential, because of the 720 ways to win Multi Way Extra feature, but at best you’ll hopefully not lose too much before you move on to another IGT slot game that has more to offer.

Multiway Extra: These pay for any matching symbols in any position in adjacent columns. The same symbol in the same column multiplies the win. This is your ticket breaking the hex in this game, but with no stacked symbols, it never feels that close.
Stacked Wilds: You get stacked wild symbols on reels 2, 3 and 4 - helping with catching some multipliers due to the multiway extra feature. This symbol replaces all others except bonus and scatters.
Scatters: The 'jinx' symbol is scatter and pays no matter where it lands on the reels. 3 pays 3 times your bet, 4 pays 4 times your bet, and 5 pays 100 times your bet.
Free Spins Bonus: The upside down horse shoe is the bonus symbol and you'll need to find 5, one on each consecutive reel, in order to trigger 10 free spins.
You can potentially re-trigger this bonus feature up to an impressive sounding 260 free spins, but we wouldn't sell our lucky rabbit foots in the hope that happens.
The reels are 'richer' meaning you do get potentially more wins, but the symbols are worth less, meaning you can often end up with wins barely going over 10 times your bet.,
The Hexbreaker 2 video slot might have the reputation for breaking a bad streak, but the only reason we could find that it might have that reputation is because this pays both ways game gives you little wins quick and often.
It's not a bad game by any means, we don't think IGT are capable of creating truly awful slot machines, we just couldn't find any real joy or big wins here.Play Now at Vera & John »
