The scatter pays give this Midas: King of Gold slot a quick win action that is always fun to see in high variance slot machines. You have to accept that without the Midas Touch Multiplier, this paytable won't give you much, but that's true of Sweet Bonanza and Cai Shen 168.

We can't give this Blueprint slot review more than 3 stars because both the max win of 10,000x your bet and the RTP of 94% are low. If the wins could be compared to Tombstone RIP, maybe we could forgive the low RTP, but many online slots with 10,000x your bet gives you much better odds.

Still, we can't say this isn't a very playable game.

We loved the mini reels, where you don't quite know what you will get, and they stay sticky until they are used. That feels right, and it feels like the game is trying to be on your side rather than just taking your money.
