If you are going to take a bonus, read the terms.
Seems simple, but nothing hurts more than “thanks for signing up, but unfortunately this bonus isn’t available in your country of residence – here is a crappy standard bonus you’re not going to like instead”
Or “Congratulations on winning sir! Unfortunately you haven’t met the x25 wagering requirement for the bonus and the deposit amount in order to withdraw. You thought it was only for the bonus amount? Why no sir, it’s very clear in the terms and conditions sir. Right there in black and white. Did you read something different elsewhere? That’s a shame, send me the link and I’ll see if I can get that corrected. Doesn’t change our terms sir.”
And so on.
They don’t do it to trick you. It’s up to you, as a player, to read the terms and be sure you understand them.
If you need help to understand what’s important in terms of bonuses, here are a few questions you should ask yourself about the offer before you take it.
