We weren't massively convinced about this Book of Kingdoms slot game. It doesn't help that other similar games have a 5,000x your bet max win, and here you can hope to maybe hit 1,000x if you get the jackpot.

But then again, this isn't meant to be a high variance game like you'll find in the Book of Ra Deluxe 6 review. This is meant to be a little more of a high-jinx adventure full of cliches and a quicker wins than other expanding scatter slot machines.

And if that's what you want, that's certainly what you get here. But to us, this felt like a cheaper, lesser version than the originals, rather than a modern take on a well-loved game.

We'd rather play on the Legacy of the Dead slot which has similar mechanics, quicker wins, and higher stakes.
