The thing is, that IGT slot machines are beautifully well created. But Bubble Craze lacks that IGT magic. The sounds are something that a 16 year old created at home with their electric keyboard, which meant we turned the sound off early on.

And once the sounds were off, the theme become fairly boring and standard, even with the special symbols.

Transform Bubble: This is a bubble that has arrows pointing every which way in the centre. They come in several colours and when they show up, they turn any adjacent bubbles the same colour.

Multiplier Bubble: Some bubbles show up with either a 2x or 5x multiplier on them. However they only count if they are part of the same group of colour bubbles, not by simply being next to a winning group of bubbles.

Honestly we didn't think we'd ever have to write 'bubbles' so often in a few sentences.

The free spins save this Bubble Craze mobile phone slot game, but we just don't see ourselves returning to it often enough to give it more than two stars.

The fact you need at least 8 or more symbols to get anything above your bet is probably also why we couldn't enjoy it, as with the sounds.

Yet, as low variance slots go, this is one of IGTs few games that won't eat up your budget completely and offer something a little different.

Though we'd probably still prefer to play the Balloonies slot machine.
