If you can help the two lovers get back together on the Cash Elevator slot you might just reach new heights of wins.
The Cash Elevator mobile slot is haunted by the ghost of two lovers who come as Wild Reels, and when they do they trigger the free spins with walking wilds.
Bet you’re already interested, and we didn’t even mention the charming undead steampunk theme as you step into this elevator and spin 5 reels with 20 paylines.
This Quickspin slot really is well crafted, with the haunted hotel, the black cat, the old clock, the telephone, the key, the vintage car, and the suitcases as the high-paying symbols and Ace to 10 symbols for the low paying ones.
What may confuse you is the fact that you have 12 floors in this Cash Elevator slot. As you spin you’ll have up and down arrow symbols, these will literally move up and down the floors of this haunted hotel – usually by one, and sometimes by 3.
Why does that matter? Because the higher up the hotel you go, the fewer symbols you get to play. So on Floor 1, you play with the full paytable of symbols, but on floor 12 you are playing with only the two highest-paid symbols. And that’s it.
Do you reach the 12th floor often? No. You rarely get above floor 7. But that’s still made for progressively richer reels and makes you hope to get a little closer to that free spin bonus.
If you hit the basement (floor 0) the elevator jumps to any floor, including the 12th, and if you hit the 13th floor you’ll hit the Hold and Spin bonus.
The Hold and Spin feature in the Cash Elevator slot machine is a simple re-spin to get as many cash value coins as you can – not unlike the Divine Fortune slot. This gives you around 20x your bet on average.
Then you have the Free Spins bonus when one of those 1×3 wild shows up. You’ll then get something between 6 to 12 spins with two reels wilds – the lovers. When you win on the lowest-paid symbol on the floor you are on, the wilds will slowly walk towards each other.
That means that in the Cash Elevator slot free spins you always have two wild reels, and then if they meet in reel 3, you’ll get +5 free spins.
Which of the two bonus features is better? Both can actually trigger that 20,000x your bet max win. But both are incredibly volatile despite showing up often. So save your budget and play to hit the top floor only.

Wild Symbols: There are two wild symbols and they only show up in the free spins. It's represented by the lady and her lover the elevator attendant who will cover a whole reel. They can replace all the other symbols except for the money symbols and the Up and Down ones.
Going up or down: The Up and Down arrow can show up anytime in the game. When they do you'll either go up or down the 12 possible floors on this elevator slot. The higher up the elevator you go, the fewer low-value symbols you'll find on the reels. So on floor 2, the lowest-paid symbol is removed, on floor 3 the next low-paying symbol will be removed, and so on.
On floor twelve you only spin the Black Cat, the Hotel and the bonus feature.
The Hold and Spin: If you get to the 13th Floor, you trigger this bonus round. Here, only gold and silver plates will randomly show up with a predefined value set. The X Money Symbol applies a random multiplier to the total win of the round.
You are given 4 respins (lives) to try and catch as many coins as you can. If you catch a coin, your lives are reset to 4. If you go four spins with no new coins, the bonus ends.
Basement Feature: If you land on the floor lowest to 1, you will be randomly assigned any floor - could be 1, could be 12.
Scatter and Free Spins: The Dead Lovers free spins are triggered when you get the Big Wild Symbols covering the whole of reel 2 or the whole of reel 3. If the big symbols cover both reels, the number of initial spins is doubled.
You'll play the spins on a random floor, and you'll stay there for the remainder of the free spins and play anything from 6 to 12 free spins.
Each floor has a lowest winning symbol, and when that symbol is involved in a win, the two wild reel symbols move towards each other. If they meet in the middle you get +5 free spins.
And so the lovers go back and forth, back and forth for as long as you get wins or free spins.
The Cash Elevator slot on mobile is a little overly complicated for our liking, but once we got through the paytable and figured out how it all connected, we couldn't help but enjoy this stranger undead slot.
The free spins come often, and the nifty elevator mechanics are fun, even though it's frustrating that you never seem to break through the glass ceiling of the 7th floor.
Still frustrating is the name of the game here as this is a very volatile slot machine with a huge 20,000x your bet max win.
You may not end up in the embrace of your lover's arms, but rather dead and riding an elevator for the rest of your spins. Just remember that you can choose to get off this video slot whenever it gets a little too frustrating, and you can come back to try your luck at that huge big win.
