How To Play Day of Dead Mobile Slot
The Day of Dead slot gives you 5×4 rows with only 20 paylines, but lots of symbols taking you to the world beyond and get some help winning 4,500x your bet.
In this Day of Dead slot paytable, two living relatives – an undead skeleton and a puppy – are the highest-paying symbols.
You then get a guitar, a drum, and some maracas as mid-paying, followed by clover, diamond, heart, and spade in the lower range.
This Day of Dead mobile slot has a lot of symbols for just 20 paylines, giving you some fairly measly base game wins. Thankfully, you’ve got allies on these reels, which give you lots of respins.
Wild Respins with expanded wilds
If you are a fan of the Helios Fury slot or the Age of the Gods: God of Storm slot, you’ll know that one of the most fun features you can have is walking wild.
In this Day of Dead game, you have two wilds: a normal wild that substitutes for other symbols and an expanding wild symbol.
The expanding wild shows up as a skeletal mariachi that sings his way, one respin at a time, off the reels to the left. But, unlike the walking wild in Jack and The Beanstalk review, this wild expands to cover the whole reel.
That’s right; a wild reel can give you up to 5 free re-spins.
Day of Dead slot gives you even more respins
3 scatters will not trigger free spins, but even more Day of Dead respins with a starting multiplier of 2x. So what? Is that it?
Nope, you also have 2 expanded wild symbols collected at the top of the reels. These will be added to the reel one at a time, with each one giving you respins until it drops off.
When it does drop off, the multiplier increases by 1x, but the really interesting part is that you can collect even more expanded wilds to drop back into the reels. The “free spins” continue until no more expanded wilds can land on the reels.
That’s how you get anywhere near the 4,500x your bet max win, though it’s no easy feat with a low RTP of 94.47%. It’s a shame as this is a whole load of fun; if only the big wins were a little easier to find.

Day of Dead Bonus Features
Wild: The normal Wild symbols substitute for all symbols except the expanding wild and the scatter. Wild symbols appear on all reels.
Expanding Wild and Respins: The wild tombstone is the expanding wild symbol. When it lands, it will expand to fill the whole reel and trigger the walking wild respin feature.
The wild reel will move one reel towards the left edge, one respin at a time, until it falls to the left edge. More expanding wilds can hit during the respins, and they will adopt the same behaviour. Respins continue until there are no more expanded wilds on screen.
Free Respin Feature: The Skull is the scatter symbol and appears on reels 1, 3, and 5. When 3 hit, a free respin is triggered, and this continues until a walking expanded wild lands on the screen.
There is a collectable wild symbol that only appears in the respins. These are collected at the top of the video slot, and they can go to the reels as expanded wilds as part of the feature.
The round starts with 2 collectable wilds, and when the respins start, one or more collectable wilds are sent to the screen at random, becoming expanding wilds, and the walking wild respins will then trigger until no more expanded wilds show up on the screen.
Each time a walking wild falls off the screen, it increases the multiplier from a start of 2x upwards.
During these spins, more collectable wilds may land and be added back onto the reels in a series of respins. The round ends where there are no more expanded or collectable wilds on screen.
