The richest foxes in town are back, and this time they’ve double the fun with two games in one in the Foxin’ Twins mobile slot.
Now we have Foxin Twins slot, where you get two slot machines. The first set on the left is called the blue game because it has blue wilds and is exactly the same as the original Foxin Wins.
The second set of reels (the green game with the green wild) looks identical in all but one way. The top has a multiplier reel.
The superbet NextGen slot generally always tend to be fun, but you usually end up having to be more than your average video slot.
That’s because what this Foxin Twins slot is asking you to do is to bet extra money in order to buy extra features.
On the blue game, you are buying how many fox pups will show up and give you random wilds on the reels. On the green game, you are buying the multipliers on the wild symbols.
The higher the superbet level, the more wilds you get in one and the more multipliers you get on the other.
We’ve written about all the Foxin Twins features below, but the general idea is this: the more wilds you can afford to buy, the better the wins you are going to get.
But while we usually recommend you go all the way to level 2, with this medium variance game we have more fun on level 1. You’ll have no fun with the superbet turned off that’s for sure.
That’s because the green game has rarely any wilds, and when you have the max multipliers, it’s like a dead slot where nothing happens. Even the random features rarely show up, so it feels like a wasted game – you might as well play on the first Foxin Wins.
Is this the best superbet slot by NextGen? Probably not. But it’s fun enough as an Android tablet or iPad slot where the screen doesn’t squash the two games.

The Blue Wild and the Green Wild: On the left-hand side of the screen, you only get blue wild symbols. These are dropped on the reels by the fox pups and replace all other symbols to create wins.
In the right-hand side of the screen, you only get green wild symbols. These are less frequent than their blue counterpart, but when they land will come with a random multiplier. They are also used to replace any other symbol on the reels.
How to play the Foxin' Twins Superbet: the best way is to have both of these on at once. However, you do get a choice.
In the left-hand blue game you get:
Fox pups may randomly drop on the reels and turn symbols into wilds.
In the right-hand green game you get:
Any wins in which a wild is involved will be randomly multiplied by a multiplier above the reels.
What is the cost of the superbet in Foxin Twins?
A little wilder feature: randomly, the reels will have extra wilds and they will all be green wilds on both games. Ie. the pups can drop them on the reel set 1 AND you also get a multiplier on any wins with a green wild on both reel sets.
Gone Wild Feature: randomly, the pup can decide to drop extra wilds on reel set 2, and give you wilds with multipliers.
Scatters and Free Spins: 3 scatters anywhere over the two reels will trigger 10 free games. The more scatters you find, the more free spins you'll trigger; the maximum amount is 10 scatters where you'll play 100 free spins.
During the free spins you have both the pups and the multipliers on both reels. So the Fox pups can drop random wilds on either set of games, and all the green wilds will have a multiplier, regardless of whether it on game 1 or game 2.
More interestingly, 5 of a kind wins will now pay in both directions, from left to right and from right to left. You also get both random features more often.
Do we like this better than the original? Probably not. Mostly because as you play you are reminded about how much fun Foxin' Wins slot is because that's what you are playing on the left-hand side.
On the right, nothing much is happening, because catching those multiplying wilds is hard, even if you are not playing at max superbet.
Still considering you are only paying for 25 paylines and not 50, you've got to admit that NextGen has made this appealing enough that you'll probably want to take a few spins, especially if you are a fan of the original.
