Collect cards to get… a better RTP?
We played for a long time on this Fruitz slot before we read the rules and realise that its main feature is one we’d swept aside quickly.
Basically, when a chest appears you collect cards. You get instant cash wins for how many cards you collect – which we describe in detail below.
More interestingly, you start the game with a low 92.98% RTP and only after you collect a full set of cards does the RTP rise by 0.05% – up to a maximum of 96.96%.
That is a low start and a low ending – at least Nordic Heroes by IGT started a little higher making the base game more compelling from the start.
Fruitz slot is a bit of a contradiction
Before we found out about how the cards and RTP worked, we would have said that this Fruitz online slot is perfect for a couple of quick spins to catch one of four bonus features.
Well, really, two bonuses really: the Fruitz free spins where we’ve managed to get wins of around 50x to 60x our bet thanks to some great wild symbol features.
But really, Foxium is trying to keep you here in this world of the colourful undead all so you can get bigger wins… eventually.
Meanwhile, you are burning through a whole load of cash, not getting much back. You are better off leaving these Fruitz alone; they will soon rot and die out anyway.

FruitZ Bonus Features
Wilds: The tomato is wild and will replace all other symbols to create a win over this 25 payline slot machine.
Chest and Card Collection: Each chest contains one random car to add to your card collection.
There are 8 different sets of 4 cards each. You get credit prizes for:
- Duplicate cards give you 1x your total bet
- New card gives you 2x total bet
- New card that completes a set gives you 5x your total bet
- New card that completes the 8th set gives you 50 times your bet.
For each unique card, the RTP of the slot game will increase to 96.96% for the next 20 spins.

Wheel Symbols: Three wheel symbols trigger the bonus round where you can win one of four bonuses:
