Megaways: The rows of each of the 6 reels change, moving from 64 to 46656 ways to win. Symbols can appear as 1x1, 1x2 and 1x3 height, but not go over more than one reel.

Wild: The wild symbol is the rainbow gem and can appear anywhere on reels 2 to 5 and substitute for all other symbols except the void and respin symbol.

Avalanching Reels: Every time a win happens, those symbols explode and more come tumbling from above.

Feature Activation: The medallion can appear at the end of any base game spin. It shows up as a spinning coin and it can activate or deactivate feature stones and their corresponding features. If it lands on gold it activates one of the features, landing on silver, the medallion deactivates one or more feature stones.

• Expanding Wild: All wild symbols will now expand to cover the reel and come with a multiplier between x2 to x6.
• Void Respin: A random number of symbols, between 2 and 10, will be removed and new symbols fall down.
• Free Spins: You'll get 10 free spins where both the expanded wild and the void respin is active.

There's something strangely fun about this Medallion Megaways slot - mostly because it works a little different from the usual Megaways games by Big Time Gaming.

And that's because Fantasma Gaming has used the BTG mechanics and truly made it their own, with their own twist and flavour. And for that we applaud them.

The theme is a little boring, and waiting for those medallions frustrating, but you have enough bonus features you can activate in the base that it brings a little excitement to each spin.
