How To Play Which Witch Mobile Slot

Not Recommended: We've been asked to change our mFortune slot reviews to always have a positive spin by mFortune casino (who are owned by In Touch Games Limited). However, we write unbiased slot reviews and give you the pros and cons so you can decide the best games to play. As such we can no longer recommend and have blacklisted mFortune slots and casino as we will not be influenced when writing our personal opinions of casino games. We do recommend you check out Play'n GO slots instead which are available at a mix of great mobile casinos.

The first of the new style of mobile games from mFortune, Which Witch looks pretty for a jackpot slot that could have done with a being just a little more magical.

Which Witch mobile slot is available as an Android slot, iPad and iPhone slot. You’ll need to download the game onto your preferred device, which we’ve done quite a few times with no harm to our phone or tablet.

It will look and play as beautifully as all other mFortune casino games, except this one has a little added spice to it. It’s the first to play landscape only, and the screen is far busier with little animations and graphics that light up your screen.

Graphics and sounds

Some of these are good fun. Though the graphics are not exactly works of arts, more cartoony than beautiful, it’s full of lovely little details. Like the way the the potions light up on a winning payline, a little coin drops into the cauldron on every spin.

What is particularly annoying are the two witches that fly on your screen on almost every spin, reminding you about the special bonus features and commiserating you when you don’t win. They get tedious after about three seconds and the only way (we found) to get rid of them is to put this slot machine on auto-spin.

The sounds on the other hand, are charming, with little echoes of twinkly shimmers playing when you spin.

The bonus games lack punch

When you go through the paytable you’ll notice that there are potentially a few ways to win big on this mFortune Which Which slot game. First, there’s a progressive jackpot that is usually in the high hundreds. The highest paying symbol pays 500x times your line bet. The impossible to get 5 wilds is 2,000 times your line bet. And you can get up to 100 free spins!

But that’s all big numbers for a low variance slot that more than often barely pays back your overall spin bet. You’ll usually only get 10 free spins which are hard to catch and with no multiplier, give you no extra incentive to wait for them. And you’ll need at least 5 Which Witch slot machine logos to get any decent returns on the click me feature. Mostly this feature didn’t give us even our bet back.

It’s a kind of magic…

It all makes for a lack of thrills on the bonus features. We never looked forward to the features, knowing our game play would just be interrupted for very little returns. We would have preferred harder to catch bonus feature that gave decent returns when they finally came and gave the illusion of big wins.

It’s a nice mobile slot game, don’t get us wrong. It plays well, it has plenty of charms and despite being low variance, there is hope here for a couple of medium size wins here. Just needed the feel like we could get the occasional big hits more often to get our hearts really pumping.

Which Witch Bonus Features

Progressive Jackpot: You have to get 5 white witch symbols on an active payline to win this slots progressive jackpot. If a wild is used to create this combination you don't win the jackpot, but you do win 300x your line bet.

Wilds: The moon with 'Wild' written across it is wild and substitutes for all other symbols except for the bonus, free spin symbol and jackpot. This is the in-game jackpot symbol in that if you get 5 on an active payline you'll win 2,000 times your bet.

Free Spins: The bubbling cauldron is the free spins symbol, and you'll usually get between 3 and 10 free spins and not very much more - we got about 10x our bet most times. You may get lucky and get 4 and you'll play 40 free spins, which may get you decent returns. Get 5 and you'll play 100 free spins.

Click Me Feature Tsrail: The Witch Which game logo is what you'll be looking out for. The more you get on the screen, the bigger the multipliers you'll get to pick. You only need 2 logos to trigger this feature, so it comes fairly often, but with two logos, you don't get much back.

First a battle will commence where either the white witch and the green witch will win. You have no choice on this.  The white witch has the bigger multipliers, but you get more chances at multiple multipliers on the green witch wheel of fortune. Don't forget these multipliers are on your line bet not your overall bet.

White Witch - click one of three crystal balls:

  • 2 symbols - x15, x18, x20
  • 3 symbols - x25, x30, x35
  • 4 symbols - x40, x50, x60
  • 5 symbols - x80, x100, x120

Green Witch - Wheel of fortune with multipliers and 2 'you lose' symbols. Keep spinning until you hit 'lose'

  • 2 symbols - x4, x5, x6, x7
  • 3 symbols  - x10, x12, x14, x16
  • 4 symbols - x20, x25, x30, x35
  • 5 symbols - x40, x50, x60, x70

Which Witch Review Conclusion

Which Witch mobile slot plays well. It's fun, it has great graphics and sounds and saw mFortune casino starting to compete with the likes of NextGen's Potion Commotion & Play'n Go's Wild Blood.

However, it just needed to give us the feeling that we may win something significant more often, or have harder hitting bonus games, for it to get more than an average three stars.

Fun, but not thrilling.

Expert Rating: 3 / 5
A solid slot with good wins and reliable mechanics. It may not break new ground, but it's worth a spin
