Is the New Holly Madison Video Slot More than Just Boo… Bunnies?

When we first wrote about this new NextGen slot game back in September, we had to do some research of our own as to who exactly was this Holly Madison chick and why a slot was being created around her.

For two, we suspect this is actual video footage for the game, which they’ve put together to build anticipation, but the reels are still far from finished.

But that’s not to say that we haven’t discovered a little something from watching.

1. We still don’t like the theme

But not really. We haven’t hidden the fact that we are not exactly the target audience.

However, she is popular with both women (through her reality TV series) and men (through her playboy center-folds and euh… sure, reality TV. Why not.)

NextGen are hoping that the sexy lingerie shots will be enough to get the less-fair sex interested, whilst the pretty pinks and sparkly reels will make women swoon with delight.

For us, it’s too cliche either way, but we’ve been wrong before.

2. “That was fun, let’s try again”

So many innuendoes, so little time…

Hugh Heifer former girlfriend is clearly not easily satisfied, but we don’t think she’s saying these words in order to judge your prowess.

Instead, we suspect this refers to what NextGen are calling the ‘Holly’s second chance re-spin opportunity’.

Will it be like the Foxin Wins Again slot machine where after the free spins, you get a chance to either take the money, or try the free spins again?

We suspect so, as this was a brand new feature in that game, and if there’s one thing NextGen love, is to put their more popular bonus features across their brand new slots.

3. You gotta love Holly

No really. You are going to have to love her in order to enjoy this video slot.

Though now we re-read that sentence, it feels a little obvious for a slot called ‘An Evening With Holly Madison’.

The reason we mention it is that we suspect that the words “that was fun, let’s try again” is but one that you’ll find throughout the game.

Though we suspect the “Hope to see you soon” was more for the teaser video.

So start getting use to her voice.

4. The repeat win Photo-shoot bonus

The reason we mention this bonus is because you get a little shot of Holly in her purple negligée in the video.

Here’s where the male centric appeal comes in, and it’s actually pretty tame, in an over 18’s kind of way.

We suspect you’ll get a choice of photos of Miss Madison, in that purple lingerie, which will give you instant cash.

Yeah, this wasn’t on the video.

This was actually in the description of the video, because we are thorough about these things and there’s only so much you can say about a 2 minute Holly Madison slot video.

What we think about it all

To be honest, it’s hard to think anything at all from the video. Other than Holly looks better in purple than in leopard print.

It’s just a few minutes of video that will probably end up in the game amongst the bonus features. Maybe the shot where she’s coming out of stack of cards, freshly out of the shower, will be the expanded wild?

But this is all guesswork and conjuncture.

The point of this video was for NextGen to show off their star and give you hints at the theme.

And as the theme doesn’t do anything for us, we will have to wait for An Evening with Holly Madison Slot to come out properly in order to pass judgment.

A 2015 mobile slot game?

What we suspect is that whilst it was implied that this new NextGen mobile phone slot may come out in 2014, the lack of any gameplay in this video implies that this game is far from finished.

Far more likely that it will show up on our screens in the first quarter of 2015.
